Placed an order online - received several calls from employees to offer sets that were available in store. Not once did they mention that there were additional steps that needed to be taken. The managers calls some weeks later to advise the order needed to be completed and no furniture was even in transit to the store. I’ve been waiting a couple of weeks now thinking new furniture is on the way and literally nobody mentioned completing the order. Was trying to get some merchandise on a black Friday promotion, the store never called I had to call them several times. Was hounded for a payment for JANUARY and we haven't even entered December. The black Friday promotion is no payment until December 13th. Why am I still being hounded for a payment for January? She didn't even explain anything. Awful location, have never had any problems with any promotions at other locations. Never again.
Very bad experience I had came in filled out application got approved no one never returned my call I had to call them a couple of times they were answering the phone telling me they would call me back …finally got in contact with a guy named Peter he finalized my application….he asked me what I had wanted to get he said eventually that had already been sold but from the beginning I had went on and picked that item out because it was available…so over the phone he said he would get me something similar to what I wanted ok th... read more
