Brandy was amazing. I needed a refrigerator for my mother in law temporarily and she made the entire transaction smooth and effortless. I was in and out the door in under ten minutes with a delivery available in under seventy two hours, amazing customer service. Cordell was pleasant as well. I had trouble emailing the proper documentation and without no hesitation he was able to resolve matter quickly. The Customer service here was exceptional.

Great customer service!! I was in and out in no time. I didn’t have to wait to be helped and got exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend my family and friends!! The washer and dryer I wanted was sold but the associate made a phone call and got me the exact one I wanted. I loved that! And I got some good laughs while filling out my paperwork which took all of 2 minutes!!
If I could give a 0 I would because of of store manager until she got there, there was no problem. She canceled the washer and dryer that I wasn't even paying for because she kept trying to lie on me. I don't know if it was a guy or woman, but that is the store manager.
