I picked up a Sony XBoom speaker, but I originally thought it was a cordless speaker. Unfortunately after the speaker was delivered it turned out to have a ton of features but it did require to be plugged into the wall. So, I decided to switch over to the Nintendo switch for my wife as a Christmas present & when I arrived at the store Grayson & Andrew were quick to help. It was a super easy process. For anyone who may have had a bad experience in the past, rest assured the store is under new management and they're great

There’s a lot of businesses and places for a person to go and wish to go in the world, few places like this are ones that will actually make a change in your life or give you something to look forward to and I’m thankful that people like the nice employees at every possible location, including this one, exist, if nothing else, to just bring more happiness to the people that find them. If you are lucky enough to chance upon a little slice of the happiness cake like this? I hope you had as good a time as I know I did.

If I could give more than just a review for Olivia, I absolutely would. She made me feel like I was talking to a long-lost best friend 🥰. She went out of her way for me in a way most people don’t, and she made me feel truly seen and heard. On top of that, she’s phenomenal at what she does—not just because she’s incredible at her job, but because she brings her whole, genuine self to every interaction. Honestly, she made me want to buy the whole store just for the excuse to come back and see her!

My sick mother is dying and we decided to go on a camping trip for a few days and I had called to let ashly know this and when I got back I would pay my bill. Worst customer service and experience ever. Bought two couches, both power recliners. One was delivered broken,took two months to get a service guy out just to say he needs to order a part. Now four months after that, product almost paid off and still no part, no phone calls and no answer. I get emails that show completely different amounts as to what's owed and store has no answer for that either. Ashley has never returned calls or set an appointment to fix the couch.....don't waste your time or money with this location.
