Went into this store and did a cash and carry picked it up the next day wasn’t in bad condition just a few rips nothing major! Then when I got it home it smells horrible of cat urine! To remind you I have absolutely ZERO animals and sadly I’m stuck with it and now have to figure out how to get the cat urine smell out of the couches!!! Normally I never have an issue with rent a center I didn’t want to rent I wanted to just buy it straight out which is what I did and got stuck with this horrible smell
I purchased an electric bike and it hasn't ran in well over 3 months and I'm STILL paying on it. my local store claims they have nothing to do with those bikes any longer but I believe You are responsible for repairing them...so why am I being denied what the contract clearly states.?
So I was told to call the resolution center and they are just a big joke like this store so basically I did a cash to carry at the store picked up the next day got it home and it smells of cat urine and they say oh let me reach out to the store I already did that nothing was done it’s sold as is so now rent a center can sell furniture with a cat urine smell and paid cash money for it! Look this team is amazing and wonderful to work with. We ( K Vance myself ) have been renting from them consistently for the past 5 years. I can’t say enough good things and have nothing bad to say at all. They work with you on payments to stay within your budget. Happy Holidays to the whole staff and team. From the sales floor to the delivery of large appliances they will treat you right !!!
Wonderful !!! Customer service is 5 stars easy ! They are amazing people I went in there today. They were extremely nice and very courteous and I felt very welcome and comfortable in their store to look at products. Only one con is they are over priced a little bit but that will never ever be a reason for me personally to go there again I am definitely gonna go there every time I need a product because they are so much kinder than Aaron’s and other places around. 5 stars easy highly recommend.
