They brought a couch full of bed bugs to a house and when called to be told the issue, they didn’t want to take responsibility and said it was preexisting. All they did was take the couch out of the house and left the bug mess for the tenant to deal with. The person will have documentation from an exterminator that is was not preexisting. I highly recommend not renting or buying anything from them.
