We appreciate the personal service that our local Rent-a-Center provides. They are professional and very focused on customer service. They worked with us to make sure we got products/merchandise that met our goals, the communication between the store and us was customer-centered. Overall, a very positive experience. Service great being charged weekly instead of biweekly and sometimes twice aggravating as hell
A couple days ago I went in to see what they had to offer and was greeted by Rich I believe he is the manager. Even though I told him I wasn’t here to buy anything just comparing prices he never changed his attitude towards me and answered all my questions with a smile. I was so grateful with the way carried himself and kept his composure while he also addressed the phones ringing off the hook, He was so awesome I ended up walking out with a 75in. smart TV lol.
Richard at the Oxnard location is awesome! He goes above and beyond! We have been apart of the RAC family for over 15 years and keep coming back for more items to rent. The products and service are excellent!
I’ve just always gotten great customer service when it comes to Richard and his team I appreciate them!
