We appreciate the personal service that our local Rent-a-Center provides. They are professional and very focused on customer service. They worked with us to make sure we got products/merchandise that met our goals, the communication between the store and us was customer-centered. Overall, a very positive experience. A couple days ago I went in to see what they had to offer and was greeted by Rich I believe he is the manager. Even though I told him I wasn’t here to buy anything just comparing prices he never changed his attitude towards me and answered all my questions with a smile. I was so grateful with the way carried himself and kept his composure while he also addressed the phones ringing off the hook, He was so awesome I ended up walking out with a 75in. smart TV lol.
