Condition of furniture, zipper was supposed to be fixed around the time I received it. I never got a call to schedule when that could happen. Delivery issues & inconsistent billing amount. I requested to get a brand new couch because of the zipper/condition of couch and never got a call back to confirm delivery of new couch.

I wouldn't recommend no one to rent a center I'm very surprised how Taniesha attitude change towards me she the one gave me the number to region center to report some one she always say imma call you back but she never do the used couch they sold me threads coming out so who should be upset me not you because I have to pay for this the couch no good it squeak when you sit on it and it's very loud when you sit on it never again

Very bad customer service and when told your furniture will be dropped of by a certain time it wasn’t.

The online and in store system crashed on Black Friday and I had to call in to pay, which I never do bc they Never answer the phone. My payment was taken over the phone. I then noticed my account was charged for more than my payment was for. I called back, and was told by manager that phone payments have a fee. Had I been made aware, I would have paid in person, it's near my house. The manager said he'd speak to the employee who took my payment, and refund me the extra amount. Lamont the store manager and Michael have been absolutely amazing. My mom got sick and I got behind on payments and rent a center has treated me with nothing but compassion and understanding. Things have not been easy and they have eased my mind a lot during This hard time. I can’t recommend this store enough!
