From start to delivery of my living room set RAC showed outstanding service
This place is a complete joke !!! I ordered a gaming desktop way before Christmas and it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas , of course they couldn't tell me when the computer would be delivered. So I was nice and gave them time to figure things out..... They placed another order for the same computer 2 days after Christmas and they STILL cannot tell me when it'll be delivered. The lady that helped me was wonderful! There was a mishap with my order cause of an online order issue but she got it taken care of quickly so that I could return back to work on time!
I absolutely love my tv and tv stand! Ken was awesome to work with as well as his boss and did exactly what they said they would do!
Helpful make sure they do all they can to get what u need I’d recommend this store to anyone!!
