The inclement weather delayed things for myself and rent a center but word is bond and they honored their word. Ms. Quannie and Mr. Jamal received at least 20 calls from me and didn’t get frustrated with me at any time. I’m very appreciative of that because I know how exhausting that can be. Quannie is very unprofessional said an ETA and then said there’s no update on when the delivery would occur. Directed me to what the website said…Thats not what it was stated when I did my original purchase on the website. I requested a complete cancelation of my order. Then he/she proceeded to say they just got a notification that the delivery would occur TODAY …..as if that would make me retract my decision. The store manager Quani ir whatever her name is, is a huge LIAR. Said she never promised a time frame when in fact she did, blamed the system outage for their failure to deliver and the miscommunication, highly unprofessional, and doesn’t deserve to manage anybody store. We don’t pay for excuses Quani. And my money better be back on my card in 3-5 days. Talking bout the window is 3 hours. LIES
I would stay FAR away from this store. Just not professional at all.Took my information, told me I was approved, called me in the middle of the work day asking for an updated pay stub and by the time I could get it to them, they had canceled my order. Never told me that would result, should have just told me when I was in the store, not 3 days AFTER I have been approved and scheduled an appointment. Quanny and the entire crew at the Nolensville Rd store in Nashville TN are the best all around sales and customer service team I have ever encountered.
