It's been fine up until this last payment I was late on because I had to wait on a new bank card. I was harassed for days and even had someone pop up to my house. Very unprofessional over 74 bucks! Especially when I've never missed a payment.
Britney that works there has a terrible attitude. She has no idea what she's doing and when she doesn't know how to answer something or do her job correctly she just goes and hides in the back and leaves you sitting there. They won't give you a delivery time, they just say between 10 and 5 so you have to sit at home all day. We took off work today it's 330. There has been no contact at all. They took my money but they haven't called so I had to call them. They said they called and left a voicemail that was a lie.I've had my ... read more
The process was smooth but when I received my items, I noticed I had a bed port form I didn’t agree on. Which ended up being a whole lot more than I agreed on. I want them to come pick up everything! Highly disappointed
Great experience from beginning to end. Shawna took great care of the administrative side-Martez and T were great with the delivery. The three of them addressed all of my concerns in a very pleasant manner. Thanks again! Very satisfied with the price and service.
