The management in the store in Wetumpka is awesome he always works with u if u have a problem and try’s to slove any problems u have if something is wrong with any of the items!
The guys that they have now are very lazy and have poor communication. Washer was delivered late to my home and then three days later wanted a payment from me and I had only had it in my home for three days. Idk where Jeremy went but they need him back asap! Said they came to my home to deliver the washer and no one was home and that’s was a lie! My son waited all day for them and they never showed up and I had to call them two days in a row. Get some one who wants to work
Initially everything was great and I had the best experience until I was given the wrong amount for my payments, but that was figured out and I went with it. The delivery was great, customer service , top tier! I have my items for a couple of days and notice bugs (roaches) it has been raining so my husband and I convinced ourselves they came from outdoors. I love the customer service here! The assistant store manager, I can’t remember his name, I think it’s Jeremy but he set me up with all my household needs and made sure I was good to go. Names showed up 20mins before delivery time and was fast paced but thorough. Awesome service guys!
The guys that work at the wetumpka store in Alabama are the sweetest and kind caring ppl. They will try to help you out in anyway they can as long you stay in touch with with updates. They answer all my questions I ever asked them
