WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! Very very unprofessional especially manager Edward i will be reporting this office to BBB they were not attentive at all! Basically did not try to resolve issue instead tried to send me to a store that is not near my home! They need a whole new staff in this store i was able to go to Arron’s and get product with no problems! Don’t go there it’s a waste try Aarons
If you are a good repeating customer DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE CAUSE EVEN IF YOU HAVE GOOD HISTORY AND PAID OFF ITEMS FROM RAC THIS OFFICE WILL NOT HELP YOU OUT AND MAKE YOU PUT DOWN 3WKs for each item instead of the promised advertisement. But not all RAC are bad because after this office pullled that bullshit another one on Spencer hwy seen my great payment history with them and did not hesitate to help me and got me the products I wanted that was advertised. Service is great. I just hate how if you aren’t even 24 hours past due they blow your phone up like you are 30 days behind.
All my experinces have been good.
Wish I could give no stars but it ain’t possible unfortunately. I wouldn’t do business with these people if they were the only nearby furniture store. Management is unprofessional and interrupts the customer as they’re trying to make their statement heard. They charge the client when the appliance doesn’t show up on time. Also make charges before the due date and try justify over and over that it was due. You are better off looking for your furniture or appliances through online or any other in person furniture store.
