WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! Very very unprofessional especially manager Edward i will be reporting this office to BBB they were not attentive at all! Basically did not try to resolve issue instead tried to send me to a store that is not near my home! They need a whole new staff in this store i was able to go to Arron’s and get product with no problems! Don’t go there it’s a waste try Aarons

Service is great. I just hate how if you aren’t even 24 hours past due they blow your phone up like you are 30 days behind.

Wish I could give no stars but it ain’t possible unfortunately. I wouldn’t do business with these people if they were the only nearby furniture store. Management is unprofessional and interrupts the customer as they’re trying to make their statement heard. They charge the client when the appliance doesn’t show up on time. Also make charges before the due date and try justify over and over that it was due. You are better off looking for your furniture or appliances through online or any other in person furniture store. So I went in and the lady seems as if she didn't want to assist me. Then I was assisted by the male there. I had already had an online approval with no money down. When the item was brought out to me. He asked me to pay a month upfront. I stated I was approved with no money down. He stated that customer service don't tell you that we have to put money down if the store opted for you to put money down.😒 Ok R.A.C.. I'll just go to Conns.🤪
