A rent a center employee threatened me harm after he got out of work. Extremely inappropriate and as a a representative of Rent A Center he makes them look bad. Will be pressing legal charges and contracting corporate. Possibly the local newspaper as well

Its crazy when you set up a time for them to pick up what we had rented which was 4-7 we called they said 20 mins and this was at 7 Pm so we said ok. They ended up showing at 9:30 Pm when my son and wife were sleeping. You guys need to get some common sence and never called us to say they were going to be late
