If I could give negative 0 stars I would ! If I looked at reviews first I would of never tried to rent from here was supposed to deliver my furniture today but ended canceling my order instead due to me being ride over the phone but I was never .

The “manager” at this store is indeed very rude. His empty threats about what he thinks he can do with my stuff do nothing to faze me. Even more so now that I’m considering legal action for changing things on my account without my permission. You act like a child and throw fits because I won’t sit on the phone and listen to you lie. Grow up and do better smh

Manager was very rude. I was 2 payments behind due to just having a baby and being out of work. On top of just having a baby, i have postpartum depression along with extreme anxiety which left me unable to answer their phone calls knowing I owed them money. Everytime they called I could barely breathe. Once I was able to finally answer their calls I told him I could pay the account in full within 4 days when I got my first check since maternity leave. I paid for an ac online these people refused to look up the order instead wanted me to place a new order and pay for it a second time. And have now refused to cancel the online order I placed resulting in my debit card still being charged multiple times now for an item I never actually was given their staff is extremely rude and has an attitude out the gate would highly recommend people go to Aaron’s instead or a different rent a center location entirely

This would be my second attempt with the store and the way they treat the customers says it all. Idk if it’s franchises or staffing but the lack of care, accountability, and customer service is so sub par. But considering the location I guess it’s the standard. 0/10 do not recommend. After expressing my desperation to have my delivery by the date promised I was not even offered anything for the inconvenience just an ol well.
