The do not delever on time when I got my bed pieces was missing and parts of the bed was broken the delivery guys had a bad attitude he only gave me 4screws when the bed needed 20screws he said put one in each corner...I have pic but I can't post them this store need to be shut down but I will get the pic out some how do not go to rent-a-center on Lee rd

First off I paid extra for NEW never used fridge option only for it to come tore up from the floor up constantly making noises and shutting off not only that but it had mold all in it !!! Not no little bit either it was COATED in mold and taped shut . When I called them they said “all you have to do is wipe it down”. When I sent pictures and explained it was so much mold I could get sick my head was aching just having it in my home they said they could pick it up to clean it in 2 weeks so I set up a day and they never came ,... read more

This is by far the WORST company that I have dealt with regarding my items!!! COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW UP is horrible and STILL by 9:30PM my items had not arrived after the SECOND issue on their part was not completed!!!!!! I was told multiple times my items would arrive while I was still at work but they NEVER arrived!!!!!!!!!!

Love love, LOVE the customer service.. I am a long time customer..each representative is courteous and they always get me what I need....
