I have never had such a sour taste in my mouth after speaking with the store. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always paid on time, so I did not expect this type of treatment especially from a manager. I have been waiting nearly two months for a refund from this store, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no resolution. I contacted corporate twice, and two separate tickets were opened with the promise that the district manager would reach out, yet I have not been contacted. The store informed me that they could not process the refund because the payment was made online. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have never had such a humiliating and unacceptable experience as I did at Rent-A-Center. I bought a generator thinking it was NEW. At no point was I told it was used. When I got home, I realized it was clearly used, which is completely unacceptable. The manager, Luis, not only refused to listen, but started yelling, making rude gestures, and acting defiantly. If I could give 0 stars I would, the store manger is rude, he cusses customers out, he threatened me, harassed me. I was trying to make a purchase. He needs to be fired! If rent a center cares? Read your reviews
