So far the website is not responding as quickly or correctly as it should but loads completely after 5-10 seconds... With the company/agreements I've made/currently have; it has been a decent experience thus far. Sales reps I've interacted with have all been extremely polite, well spoken and knowledgeable!
I've been going to the store for about 4 years now I love the store Alicia and all the guys are great.. if you need something this is the place to go to and they don't mind helping and working with their customers. All these people on here saying they're harassing them and disrespecting them. if you were paying they wouldn't be calling you. they do not do that at the store they're making that up if you tell them when you can pay they will wait . And call you on that day.
Called this store to help me with an issue I was having and whoever answered the phone was helpful and super nice and knowledgeable, they also reached out to the other store my account is with and help me resolve what I was dealing with
Very disappointed with this store. They would constantly harass me on the day my payment came sue they would called me at 10am for a payment every week. Then just this week they came out to my house and left a demand letter to retrieve my couch due to being 3 weeks behind and was threatening to take me to court over a 3 week late payment when I was going to make a full month payment on friday April 8th. Wayne is so wonderful. He helped me and my husband get the bed I wanted. Made sure we were happy . He runs a clean store. They all are so nice and helpful and very warm welcome. Thank you Wayne for everything. Best place to buy furniture. You won't be disappointed.wish I could leave more stars
