I had it with Rent-A-Center for many years now and I have never had a complaint The people are always so nice and helpful and the managers are amazing as far as helping you not lose your stuff that you're trying to pay for they help you in every way! I really love Rent-A-Center because without them my son would not have had Christmas a couple of different times because my money just wasn't there! Thank God for Rent-A-Center

I came home today to a big red tag on my door talking about I am in possession of stolen property and I need to return tonight or charges will be filed. How though? I don’t use nor will I ever use rent a center. This type of practice is unprofessional. This is the THIRD time someone from rent a center has shown up at my door before they realize they are at the wrong address. The numbers for the townhomes are right by the front door, it’s not even that hard. Train your people better.
I rented a washer and a dryer from them a brand new one. We'll I asked them to get the lid part fixed that would tell the washer to start instead of having 2 hold the lid down to get it to start. Well they took it said they fixed it well had to take it back cause it wasn't fixed. Well 2 to 3 months later without having the respect to call me to let Me know they tell me the engine blew in it when they tested the lid part. Whatever.... Horrible experience constantly blowing up your phone when you tried multiple times to which the pay period and they failed to many time on there end. Had a broken dryer for over a year they calm nothing was because they never wanted to fix it or replace it. Very rude staff never again they were never worth my time nor the money extremely disappointed
