Waited over twenty minutes for someone to come out the office and help us. I guess it takes several team members to call one store and look for an item they didn’t have in stock. When they did come out they were rude! They didn’t even bother to ask if we were paying cash or how. They just stated we didn’t live in there service area. We went next door to IFix NC and bought a very nice computer, and they had a wonderful staff. Will never do business with rent a center again!!!
