10/23/2017 - Yes you pay more than its worth, but at the same time you are getting what you need right away. I have had nothing but a great experience with this place. Ty the Manager has been nothing but great to me. Whenever I called and needed to pay late it was not a problem. When I needed anything from this place they be respectful and understanding about life. Was told after signing agreement couldn't get the computer or use 1cent pay and had to pay a downpayment and wait two weeks after everything was set and agreement was signed and a day and half later they call me about my order... Complete Misrepresentation and going completely against a signed agreement.
Rude staff with absolutely no customer service skills just want to sell you something and push you out. Management is a problem especially when they would rather act tough than handle a situation, will never do business with them again, however central Ave, wonderful manager who's willing to discuss a situation and also was able to give me the corporate number after being told there wasn't one.
I will never get anything from this place ever again. I got a couch for $800 and I did monthly payments. Mind you I fully paid off the couch and they told me I only paid the delivery fee. So they keep charging my card and I’ve called them multiple times to ask what they kept charging my card for and ask them to take my card off the account and they continued to charge me card even after I asked them not too.
