Employees are not smart at all. No common sense at all whatsoever. Why ask me if I want my stuff delivered between 1 and 3 today or between 3 and 5 today if now there's an issue and it's not being delivered. I asked why I was asked about a delivery time if there's issues and the response was "they can ask you anything" just plain stupid as hell. I spoke with Ms. Ashley explaining that my pay period changed from simi monthly to bi weekly like 3weeks prior to now. She confirmed that the billing cycle was changed and that it would come out bi weekly so that I wouldn't be charged a late fee. May 19th I called requesting that I receive a call from Ms. Ashley because I was receiving text messages saying that a payment was declined. Very unprofessional, Lack of communication, The men in the office doesn’t know how to speak to women. Don’t explain things well to customers and doesn’t care to take accountability.
We had a wonderful interaction with Troy and Calvin yesterday as they delivered our furniture. Great communication from the time they loaded the truck to the time of delivery. Very kind and professional gentlemen! Spoke with Kurt just after regarding our contract agreement and he as well was very kind and professional! Highly recommend this location and staff!
The people at this location hung up in my face when I called about my order. I want my money back, I don't care how much it was, give it back. I will be waiting and laughing when you go out of business..
