Highly unprofessional and very deceitful when it comes to costs associated with your rental. Do not let them add on LDW or RAC benefits which is $6.00 biweekly to your rental agreement as they do not know what qualifies you for them and will NOT equitably apply them correctly to your rental agreements to incur fees and added costs. Yes Rent-A-Center is a great place to rent from they got a good team and let them help you to help them they beautiful people and what I had wrote is sad I was just going through something which is not their problem and if somebody asked me about getting anything I will refer them to Rent-A-Center cuz they really help me sorry for the inconvenience in my stupidity cuz you guys ain't been nothing but great to me the whole staff I apologize and I appreciate you Guys
