Amy is a POOOR manager. My original couch set was supposed to be 251$ it couldn't fit into my house so I'm told there is another couch similar in price and she will get back to me. So she never gets back to me and I'm told the couch will be delivered a certain day. That day comes everything is fine. ( Mind you I paid the 200$ IN THE STORE WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED IT) so when it comes time to pay the 51$ we did. Well we have been renting our dining room table and they would not move it for us so we did and the leg is broke they said they would switch out the table for a new one well yesterday they brought a table and it was the wrong table so i made them take it back now this was at 2:30 pm never did the manager call to fix the problem so i called them back tonight and they have our things in the computer wrong and now they want us to pay more and for a longer period of time sorry not our mistake it is your mistake we will not pay f... read more
