Great customer service from our movers Demitrius & Tony walked us through their tasks, let us know immediately of any damage/ wear and tear and offered us solutions, Jesse the manager worked effectively with quick responses and resolutions.
What can I say about this place. Let me start by saying they are an awesome bunch. I’ve gotten two televisions, washer,dryer, two laptops, sofas. Even after I paid my washer and dryer, after they broke down. Lenard was able to get them serviced at no charge to me plus gave me a loaner until mine was ready. Gabriel really really works with you on payments and Is a funny guy. Highly recommend this place
WORST place of business.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR STORE.. you can be a tenured customer and have paid the store thousands of dollars, if anything comes up in your life your toast .. they treat you like a criminal it’s disgusting. They prey on hardworking low income folks stay away for your own benefit!!!
I went into this location on 6th today to look at what couches and televisions were available. Right away the lady behind the desk asked if we needed help I let her know we were just looking! She asked if we were looking for anything in particular? I said couches and possibly a TV she then advised she needed an ID and my social number to apply. Please be careful of their 4 months same as cash option. I bought a used twin mattress that was supposed to be for $400 and I'm ending up paying almost $600 to get them out of my account
