Ms.J the Manager at RAC in south land Terrance. She is so awesome. She is great and very respectful. I really appreciate her a lot and Fred he is also great. The whole team is amazing!
Jay and Ty was very helpful, I walked in and was greeted immediately, soft spoken and really know how to speak to a customer. They were able to go above and beyond for me when no one at the other center could, I really appreciated the great customer service Jay and Ty puts out into this company!! I’m very satisfied ☺️

My Brother and I want everyone to know just exactly how you would be treated at,Rent-A-Center on 7th St. My Brother and I have been a customer for over 1-year with that store and we have Always made our payments on time and even paid off Two pieces of furniture. We recently lost some furniture in a fire due to our Landlord,and my Brother and I put in a Fire Report with pictures to Rent-A-Center, and according to them we both still owe on the furniture that was lost in the fire due to the contract we signed.
