Yes the Michigan store. I’m pretty sure his name was. Ronnie did his best to give me the best deal. Also answer all my questions. Lemar McNeil at the Pendleton Pike location has been working with me and so far my experience has been great! He has been resourceful and his communication with me has been outstanding. I am beyond pleased with his service.
The sale went fast and easy over the phone with the store manager but, I wasn't there to receive my bedroom set my girlfriend was there. I called the store and requested the delivery men to call me about location and any possible damage to set...never got a call during or after or even several days later... Headboard has a huge scratch and dresser has several on front edge... Very disappointed.
I have never had a bad experience here. It’s pretty simple pay your bill and you keep your stuff. The store really turned around when they hired Michael. The store manager is always friendly and works with me when I ever have an issue. I will continue to return and refer my friends to this location.
I don’t know what’s wrong with this store but they have worn, torn and busted merchandise and want you to pay new prices. It’s ridiculous and sad at the same time. I saw a living room sofa and couch set there. It was so dirty, and beat up!! It’s had cat fur and they really were vacuuming it trying to clean it and make some unsuspecting customer buy that mess!!!! The folks are nice but please leave their stuff right where you found it
