Good customer service and many more selections. Even though we came in looking for a King size bed we left with a Queen and a brand new ps5. Big mahalo to the agent to helped us out!

Paid sofa and love seat off in full. But still being billed and RAC is not showing I paid it. Been in contact with store for weeks and still have not cleared the bill. I have shown them my bank statement showing it was paid online numerous times.

Kawika was absolutely awesome and so helpful. He actually went beyond his working hours just to make sure I was satisfied with everything before ending the call. The store closed at 6:00pm and I called in at 5:55 just for a quick question because I knew they were closing soon and we ended up hanging up the phone at 6:25. So thank you kawika over at the kaneohe location!!

The drawers were not put in because of damage. We were told they would order new ones but no one has followed up. The piece the go in the bottom of bed to cover holes were not placed in all the holes. Out of six they only put in three of the covers. They did not leave these pieces either so we are unable to put it in ourselves.

I would give 5 stars because of the customer service. They always check up and see how we're liking our items. If you need someone to talk to that is real professional I'd pick the whole staff!!! This location is great!
