Natasha Dirlam has the BEST customer service. She is very understanding as long as your communicating with her she will do her very best to assist you with whatever it is you need help with. She goes above and beyond for her customers and the deals you just can't beat. This place is fair. Thank you Natasha for all of your hard work.

I have been a customer for over 20 something years and I and I have paid a lot of things off. I’ve never had problems with them in the past when I was living in Columbus, but however, here I purchased a recliner chair. I had several issues with it. They came out and fixed it several times now they discontinue that item because they have so many problems, so I called the store sometime before my warranty ran out in January and I was told that a guy would get a hold of me he would come out. We make our payment on time, yet we still get too phone calls and too many flyers asking us to buy more things from you, with great deals that we can't use because we're already customers. Other than that, everything is great.

There was a worker we encountered this morning that stated to his co-worker that he “didn’t deal with loaners!” in a rude tone after he was told we were in today to rent a washer & dryer set. I immediately felt uneasy and asked him, “should we just leave then?” I left quickly after, drove right over to Aaron’s and found a better set for $20 cheaper per month from friendly staff. They are always friendly and helpful, but the manager Renee is a bit possessive. I have attempted multiple times to switch to another store that is closer to me, but it requires the manager to send the proper paperwork. Renee conveniently "forgets" or never gets around to it every time, or insists they send it from her store. Its very inconvenient since the other store is like 25 min closer to me.
