Do not shop here. I ordered a couch that was supposed to be delivered in a 3 hour timeframe. Never got my couch. It’s now after the timeframe I called to see what’s going on and they hadnt even started the delivery until after I got on the phone. I expressed how it was an inconvenience and then the manager, Nick, berated me saying “well it’s only 30 minutes, it’s not like we missed a day” as if my time isnt valuable. CLOWNS especially the guy nick, these ppl are incompetent at what they do, I've paid off numerous items including a washer and dryer and they are clowns that keep stringing me along and I've yet to complete a new lease with them because they keep playing like children... I don't recommend dealing with these suckers... 🤡
Prejudice…refused to give me service even though i provided all the necessary documents…reached out to corporate, corporate reached out to the store, they lied and said i had a double account and that i had to come in, im disabled, i can’t come in nor do i have a vehicle. Very unprofessional, they say they will help and you ask, they act like you never said anything. I will never buy from here again
Horrible store , horrible location, horrible customer service that’s where I’m going to start don’t ever rent from scam-a-center sent in valid paystubs from my work place and my references were also valid spent 4 days speaking with these people for them to just tell me that I’ve been denied for a tampered with paystub that did not make !! Don’t ever shop here they will just waste your time and their inventory is horrible. If I can give it 0 stars I would! High interest prices I repeat do not shop here!
