Just came into the store to look around I always pass through without ever taking the time to actually look an my husband has had an account for forever. Upon walking in I was greeted by a man who came out the office as soon as the door chimed! Super friendly I think he said his name was Joe or John? Wonderful customer service. Let me start by saying my mother came in as an Amazon customer just returning some items not to shop. I was on FaceTime with my mother to help her out. She was instantly greeted by a warm and friendly tone. A little speedy when she talks but ready to assist. The fireplace displayed in the front caught my mother’s eye but her English isn’t good.
