We just went into the store to look at mattresses. Had one of the most informative and helpful sales person. He goes by The Bald Guy. Was very helpful with all questions. Answered everything plus went into detail about the benefits of the product.
Will never go back with them again. Very rude and disrespectful and was told they would work with me and then all of the sudden when they got rude with me and went to my front door and got the cops involved then the cop was the only one that would be nice the rest of them were super rude and disrespectful. And obviously don’t care to have business. They also have very poor customer service and people skills
I simply love this store... the merchandise is top quality ,I have bought quite a bit... the 180 days same as cash you can't beat... It's better than any layaway ..but the staff they are so wonderful...i love them all.. they treat you like family.. they truly are the best by far
Had an issue with a gaming computer that was pre built by skytech gaming and because of the rona skytechs customer support was unavailable. Bill and his boss the district manager went above and beyond and moved mountains to address any and all issues themselves even though it was skytechs error. If you want a gaming experience you can't quite afford yet, this is your store. Since then I have now added a 86 inch 4k from them also which I use as my gaming monitor now. I love it. I now have the setup of my dreams.
Put an order in , was told it would be 4 weeks wait time , which I said that would be fine just give me a call when it comes in . I call today to see if it’s there and he says can they deliver Monday I said no I work . But my question is why didn’t you call and let me know it’s in and the guy on the phone just keep putting me on hold . Your customer service needs improvement I don’t appreciate this kind of service .
