I had a good experience with this business during my first visit, the customer service was solid, & I felt welcomed. However, my second visit was a completely different story. I came in to rent-to-own an iPad, and the process was frustrating & disorganized. I was in the store for over 2 & a half hours trying to verify my information and credit. The service is horrible . It has to be the worst location Md. Aviod this location .Thomas is the manager and has terrible customer service and product knowledge.
My refrigerator decided to take a break right before Thanksgiving and my trip to NC got canceled my daughter was in the hospital and we needed to stay close. So we were now hosting at our house! I called a few rent a center's and the phone service was not the best. Finally I called the location near me and got the manager I believe his name is Thomas. I was very surprised with this location. I have heard not so great things over the few years. HOWEVER. My experience was more than great. I started the process online for a washer and dryer. Waiting for my delivery so I won’t speak on that just yet, but the customer service was great! This lady named Marissa helped me over the phone and went over and beyond. It was great the customer service was good I was called back quickly and they have everything straight. I was a little eerie about it at first when my friend recommended it to me but it seems legit so give it a try.
