Today is the eve of the new year and I wake to a call I had to make to this company telling me I am facing repossession on my dying disabled daughter’s bed and dresser set because the man I’m married to has an unpaid debt and that they had unethically combined the debts! This place is super unprofessional. We originally had a very nice refrigerator stainless steel double door frig on top with freezer on the bottom. We purchased it as we really wanted ice/water. We ended up moving just recently after having frig for about a year. Our new place has no water connections. We were paying $201 per month for the refrigerator. Forget it their service is the worst. The guy that was helping me. He was just trying to get me rejected by just being negative and saying I didn’t have the documents correctly where I came from another store that I was renting from them for four months. The girl that was on training, she was excellent and very welcoming I totally understand if I didn’t have the right documents, but he wasn’t even trying. It was like he was thinking I was lying. But it’s OK at least I had a good conversation with the lady that was training
