Absolute Failure of Service: Late, Dishonest Driver Caught on Camera My scheduled pickup window was 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 09-30-2025. The driver arrived at 6:19 PM, nearly an hour and twenty minutes late. Since the timeframe was missed, my phone was upstairs on the charger while I was cleaning downstairs. RAC honestly doesn't even deserve this one star !! I lost my job in September, shortly after I signed an agreement with my new living room set . When I tried to explain the situation to them (I also explained that I was having issues with trying to cash my last check in order to make a payment), all they had to say was 'Well we need the payment fast or we will need to schedule a pick up!" NO COMMUNICATION, NO PAYMENT: Merchandise Will Be Left Outside of not picked up. Following the disgraceful attempted pickup on 09-30-2025 (where the driver was 1 hour and 20 minutes late, lied about my address, and refused to turn around despite being on camera and visually flagged down), I formally reported the incident. Aron was the worst!! Called me to ask when my husband would be able to make a payment & I tried explaining our situation & when we would be able to pay it. He then kept cutting me off, interrupting me & barely letting me talk. The worst. Has no manners. Very impolite. Very unprofessional.
