I'm usually not one to write reviews. But, I needed to spend the time to write one about Jason at the Crestview location. This new manager in charge is honestly one of the best managers I've ever encountered. He truly seems like he cares and wants the best for his customers. I was renting to own a computer from them and had already put so much into it, I moved to south Florida and I just couldn't afford the payments on it. They are very friendly, helpful and they believe in satisfying the customer no matter how difficult the customer is they test their customer like part of their family Jason and Randy are amazing and are always ready to go the extra mile to help their customer thank you Jason and Randy for all that you do for me
There were some complications while trying to purchase a couch but they handled it great for us and we ended up getting the one I wanted. Zach and Shawn dropped it off at our home and they were very nice and helpful as well. Great customer service!
Everytime I go in, there’s an issue. I purchased a fireplace in November and still have yet to receive my remote for it after asking and being told its been ordered for FOUR MONTHS! I placed an order for a KING size bed with mattress last week. Get to the store to pick it up and find out that it’s in fact a CALIFORNIA KING bed and a QUEEN size mattress.
