They are very friendly, helpful and they believe in satisfying the customer no matter how difficult the customer is they test their customer like part of their family Jason and Randy are amazing and are always ready to go the extra mile to help their customer thank you Jason and Randy for all that you do for me
There were some complications while trying to purchase a couch but they handled it great for us and we ended up getting the one I wanted. Zach and Shawn dropped it off at our home and they were very nice and helpful as well. Great customer service!
Used too be fantastic but they have changed staff so much in the last 4 months nobody knows anything won’t help you the way you need helped no customer service it’s so bad after being a customer for years I switched too Aaron’s on south ferdon
All the other employees from experience were too rude but Zach was awesome he deserves 5 stars. He made me feel a lot better about this company you need managers like him who are customer friendly. Thank you Zach!
I have always been treated with courteous kind and helpful service from this store. The manager and staff go above and beyond. Zach delivered my furniture today and got rid of wasps nests while he was here ! Thank you 🙏🏻
