The 2 women working there were great. Made for a mostly painless process to rent to own a couch. They were both very knowledgeable and tried to get me thru the paperwork as quickly as possible. Only problem they seemed to have was their computers seemed to keep freezing up and running extra slow which kind of made the process a bit more difficult then it needed to be. If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiance and I went in there and fell in love with a sofa/loveseat combo and were going to pay in full and because we weren't willing to finance they told us it would be $100 for delivery and would take a month. Horrible service. Never going back. Definitely shopping at bedmart from here forward. Way better service and free same day delivery.
