I have been a customer with this store for over a decade now.. The current team, and the teams before, and all this time i have had excellent customer service and was very well taken care of. These previous negative reviews, especially recently, are way farfetched in my opinion and as far as payments being due, it's pretty straight forward and flexible. Honestly really disappointed, we purchased a sectional from here at the beginning of April and had it delivered on I think Monday the 7th, it arrived around 3 pm and was back out the door by 6pm, they delivered a couch covered in bed bugs! Luckily the manager offered to send one directly from the warehouse the following day and we’ve had no issues till today! When we purchased the couch we told the employee that are next payday is the 21st and that we get paid bi-weekly and all was well but today being the 17th they are now ... read more
I have to be honest. I've gotten several things from here. Been doing business for years. Several years. But I've gotten a washer and dryer set. Soon as pay it off the washer messes up. So I get another washer. Not even paid off yet. Close to pay off. And now it's messing up. So as much as I've done business with them. They wouldn't have no problems doing what's right. My opinion. This will probably be my last go around with rent a center
The staff is amazing and always very helpful!
If I could I would give this place a zero! Went in and talked to the manager: George Luke and he said because we bought in cash he couldn't help with the couches they delivered were infested with bed bugs and the dryer we bought also cash just went out out of nowhere and he states there is nothing he can do! Bed bugs is a problem with this store. So all this is coming out of my pocket! Worst store and customer service ever!
