Started out smooth and great. I loved the washer and dryer I got. The delivery guys were cool and friendly. I lost my job and found a new one 2 weeks later. So I fell behind with 1 payment. I got harassed with phone calls and them showing up at my front door banging so loud. Also the guys talked rudely about me. Do you want to be harassed 5 minutes after 10am on the day your payment is due??? Make business with them. And let’s not talk about Jennifer who told me that I had to prioritize paying the dining table instead of making thanksgiving dinner because how do I dare not pay the dining table I was putting the food for my family on Thanksgiving day. Stay away from them!

Love the store they always make sure I get the living room set and etc. Jen is the best along with Daniel and the other staff. My Mother and sister been dealing with this store for years and always make sure we get what we need and order it even if it’s a special order and comes In before the expected delivery date!!!

We decided to give rent a center a try when we moved up here in January. Little did I know we’d have nothing but issues. Like clockwork everytime payment was due we’d get a phone call. My boyfriend’s number had been changed in early January. He hadn’t gotten a chance to update the number with RAC . They sent two guys to my house where they were banging on my door. I never ordered anything. I never signed for anything and I never accepted merchandise or have merchandise I didn't order from this store. Now I'm being charged for something I don't have. Oh and they signed me up for auto pay without authorization or my knowledge. I'll be filing a lawsuit.
