They unprofessional and the new female running the store has no consideration for the customer going through a death in the family paying customers whose never really late she disregard this and continued with saying “sorry for your loss but we had a commitment that needs to be paid and I can’t extend this account” goes to show the don’t give a damn about the customer.
Austin was very friendly and understanding of what we wanted and he helped guide us on the size couch that would work for us
The employee Maureen I believe that was her name was great.She was nice and very helpful.
I needed a laptop computer and Rent A Center found a brand new MacBook Air for me, picked it up from another location and I was able to pick it up immediately! Maureen was outstanding and so accommodating and the rest of the staff are just as great!!
a year after buying this tv and this already appears, we have to call and go to the local several times but we do not get the solution. And the furniture we bought is not even worth mentioning the condition it's in 😠 and this time I'm making it public so they take things seriously.
