Let me start by saying Chantel is very nasty and should not work in customer service. Every time I speak to her, which is not much as I don't care to, she is always nasty, and speaks to me as if I am bothering her when I am asking about information about my purchase and payment, etc. Please see the pictures for reference. Love this place, I have been dealing with this particular store for almost a year and the customer service is definitely awesome. The manager is a great guy and will definitely work with you to solve any issues that you may have, especially during these harsh times. If there's an item that you really need and they don't have it, you better believe they will call around until they find it for you.

This place is a joke. I have been harassed too many times from this place. I was put down as a reference and I get calls every week even asking them to stop. I am sick of them calling me. Shantel does not stop. I am about to call a lawyer and sue this place for the harassment from them.
Chantelle and Monica is great at job ,very professional amazing customer service on beyond to make sure My experience there was great. They deserve a raise.
