I bought quite a few things from them until I realized that they were ripping people off. I think pocketing money maybe but late fees are never mentioned until they are supposedly due??? Don't quit understand and the customer service by so called professional management and the way they talk to there customers. Is absolutely much more training needed. I've been with that company a few years ago and the service was excellent. now I'll come back and the 3 times I've gone no one comes up to ask what I need or why I'm there, it's horrible because it's like you're not there, I approached and I told them what I wanted and they just wrote my personal information in a notebook and that worries me because of the previous times no one did that, the service was very bad, I just hope that my information is safe
