They will not deliver anything past a threshold due to COVID, I already had a deposit and lease agreement signed and I had to go to Arron's because my local store refused to deliver a bed to my front door of my apartment. it was already 100 pounds, I live on the 4th floor of my building and I'm only 5'1". I just moved around here so I don't have family or friends to help me carry it. The manager on duty just threw their “new guy” under the bus by saying “he doesn’t know the rules” after he quoted me a price on a product. They said I couldn’t just buy the one item unless I purchased something else with it. Then she laughed at me when I called her out for poor service skills.
