Im renting with a friend. They wouldn't approve me because I'm not on the lease. Was very rude and not willing to work with me. Even though i have 2 jobs and can afford it. But Aaron's made it happen and was very polite, willing to work with me I paid the first 5 months with them. If you're going thru something and looking to rent from here. DON'T. There are better options. They don't want your business.

The staff was great all the way from Alexa selling me my item to Patrick explaining the payment process and Matt delivering my item, Mike the store manager was very professional and greeted me also he made sure that I had all my questions answered and understood, give this team two thumbs up. The manager said he had just took over and that it was a bit of a struggle but with this team I bet this store will be the talk of Toledo.

I had a problem with my account and management took immediate action to look into it and help me out with the issue.. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for your customer service 🙏 5 stars

Just called them on phone about possibly renting a bed that I needed ASAP until I could find a permanent one. They were most unhelpful - wanted a paycheck stub and cash for a $21 a week bed. (I am retired and disabled with Social Security received electronically and would have to physically get to the bank for cash while I am recuperating from spine surgery so could do neither).
