Matthew is absolutely amazing at customer service!! Something That's hard to find nowadays. He was extremely friendly. It was the absolute pleasure working with him. I would not recommend getting anything from here the manager is rude and judge me for trying to do the right thing well you have lost a paying customer
The store manager is very rude talked down on me as a woman twice first time I let it slide. He made a comment that he could beat me. Very unprofessional I feel may need counseling after my interaction with him and will be contacting a lawyer about this issue.
This place is like the "Disney World of Shopping." Unbelievable selection. Crazy 6 months same as cash prices and best of all everyone there from the salespeople to the delivery guys treated me like family. I will be a customer for life. I love you Rent A Center!
