RecommendedBrandon and Brittani are both outstanding with helping customers. Twice we have used RAC in Crossville and getting ready to use them again soon. They are exemplary at getting things set up, delivering and picking up when we are finished with the furniture. They are pleasant and welcoming when you come into their store. My experience with Rent-A-Center was a nightmare.. I was harassed and assaulted, thankfully police came and charged the employee. He Also lied to Shannon saying I initiated assault even tho all evidence was recorded. The manager of that store was always very sweet and treated us with respect. I've already talked to corporate up in TX and they have contacted the district manager to investigate and hopefully do whats right. Been a customer for over 2 years. They added a monitor on my agreement without my knowledge when it was supposed to replace a broken one. My bill shot up to over $600 a month. The manager Shannon is very rude and raised her voice and yelled at me over the phone when I was completely civil and calm. She then tried to refuse to take back the desktop and threatened to take me to court over the broken monitor that they have in their possession.
