I contacted this RaC for an urgent need of a short term refrigerator rental while my built in was being repaired/replaced. They were super responsive and provided the refrigerator early the next day and with a very easy application process. In fact I did the application by phone as I was out of town. I had a wonderful experience at rent a center. Chandler location. All my questions was answered. They work to satisfy customers.They have wonderful customer service skills. The Manager there is awesome. The whole staff is friendly and polite. I will highly recommend this location to shop so you all can experience the wonderful experience. Update: I’ve had the items for months and although I’m late paying the past 2 months due to emergencies out of my control, they still call daily, more than once a day, and have now started threatening to come pick up the items EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW I ALWAYS PAY, even if late, I ALWAYS make a payment. Rent-A-Center is the worst place to get things you need. When I got items from Rent-A-Center when I lived in Florida, they NEVER did this (and that was only 3 years ago).
