I just left the store very disappointed: I came to the store to buy furnitures and there were two guys at the front they didn’t even look at us and was ignoring when we said something . when I approach closer the guy was very rude and in a bad mood. They asked to sent a link to my phone to start my application but the connection there was very bad and I asked for WiFi he was very rude the way he said he didn’t have WiFi so I said I couldn’t finish the application and I left. Too bad I can’t give them 0 stars this people are so unprofessional they call you when you miss a payment like you missing 5 and in top of that they don’t work with you as a customer, instead they should be grateful that people still have their business up cause I’m pretty sure soon they will be out of business when people like me go on social medias to expose all the call and harrasing they do .
Completely honest, I wish they had a lower rating for me to score this particular location. 3 years ago I was threatened by the store manager. I filed a complaint and the district manager helped me fix the situation. I just called because we placed an order for a table and the same person (Nelson) who is the store manager refused to sell me a table for Christmas. Well, perfectly honest with you I ordered an E bike wow right well they didn’t wanna put the bike together for me. Yeah that’s right they didn’t wanna put it together for me and then they offer one week leasing but they wanted me to lease it for least amount.
