I’ve gotten my bedroom set, living room furniture, TV, dining table, and even a dryer from them, and everything has been smooth from start to finish. Amy, the store manager, runs a solid operation—professional, organized, and always looking out for her customers. Tyler, the assistant manager (soon to be manager), is awesome to work with. I give Rent-a-Center 5 Stars because of Amy and Tyler in Bullhead City, AZ store. They have great Customer Service skills and work with you when you have a problem. They don't turn their backs and in other words tell you it's your problem you deal with it alone! No, not Amy and Tyler, they go out of their way to help you with whatever you want or need! WTG guys!
Easy process & friendly staff! I appreciated being able to shop without being bothered, but eager to help when I was ready. Cameron was a great salesman, he ended up delivering my stuff as well. Extremely professional and would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture!
