The staff are rude and unprofessional. Had someone living in my home who rented from there. He moved out and left the furniture. I went to the store and told them I needed to return it.Manager said they could not take it back. I said I would take over payments if they put it in my name. I had to hunt the guy (who lived with me) down to go there with me to take him off the account. I was made to believe he was off the account and it was only in my name so I started paying for it. The only reason why I give it a five star is because of Latonya. Everybody else that I have dealt with at this location was very unprofessional and they harrass people. They came to my house and put me on the phone with an employee who responded to me with "what up doe". You do not speak to customers like that and you do not represent a business like that. They lie about everything they give you the run around. I ordered two items on the 14th didn’t not receive the items until a month later and was harassed about a payment when I never even had the items.it’s ridiculous they lie and lie and lie do not I repeat do not shop here. Also they tired to say my first payment never went t thru when I made the payment over the phone so how is that possible?
FIRST TIME COMING AN THIS YOUNG LADY LATONYA IS VERY FRIENDLY AN WAS HELPFUL. I HEARD ALOT OF BAD THINGS ABOUT RENT-A-CENTER! I WILL NEVER LISTEN TO ANOTHER PERSON AGAIN!! I WILL BE LETTING PEOPLE KNOW TO COME AN RENT!! THANKS AGAIN LATONYA E
I was going to rent a washer /dryer combo.. They dropped it off and neither one worked. It took them 2 weeks for them to come pick it back up. I was willing to get a new one from them but they never followed threw with ordering them.
