I usually never leave reviews, but this is really a bad location. For starters, the customer service is very unprofessional and rude. When they answer the phone, they’re completely rude and when they call you, they’re completely rude and sound like they have an attitude. The young lady sequoia or whatever her name is always has an attitude. You can be one day late and they’re already calling your phone three times. one of the worst places to deal with starting with the workers and the manger!! They do not work with the clients at all.I been with them for 6+ year and dont recommend it at all..
Great experience with staff and the appliances that I purchased from this location. Though my kids were testing out the couches, the staff was friendly and helped keep them distracted while I was able to fill out the paperwork. The delivery men were great and helped get me settled before leaving. I was able to pay in full before the intended date and saved a great deal of money. I will definitely be visiting this store again.
The approval process was quick and easy. The terms are outlined very well and explained. I was able to see exactly how much I'm paying and why, being able to choose how often you pay is very convenient. Also searching for products is easy and being able to filter what items you are approved to rent was awesome.
They sent me to a store 30 mins away to get laptop and it wasn’t the one and not even ready due to it being locked then when I called them they said we have it here after I had been driving for a hour. I pick it up and go home they said it was not but it’s locked and I can’t even use it plus all the stuff that comes with it I didn’t get ether.
