Awful experience with an incompetent member of the lehigh Acres Store 4 pm 07/15/17. The issue originated with my trying to make a payment via check. I understand that it is apparently a store policy not to do so, but my beef is with the second person I talked to at this location, the MOD, that escalated a bad situation through a complete lack of the requisite customer skills for someone in management to deal with an upset patron.
